Our Senior School ‘s Grade XII encourages students to engage, invent, manage and compete – equipping them for eventual success in the public examinations under Cambridge International Examinations. The curriculum therefore focuses on student-centered learning using appropriate teaching and learning strategies such as group and cooperative learning. Problem solving strategies and higher level thinking skills are consistently emphasized during the student’s learning experience.
Students at this stage are counseled by a separate counselor for the selection of their subjects aiming especially towards their tertiary education and career. The students study under an excellent pool of teachers and are groomed for achieving their best in the subjects. Regular follow-ups are provided to the guardians regarding the student’s progress in all subjects. After every term, the students are also updated about their strengths and weaknesses in different subjects to ensure the best results.
The School applies an integrated learning approach at the Primary level with a gradual focus on individual subjects at the Secondary level. In line with the Cambridge curriculum’s requirements, the curriculum is subject-focused at the Secondary level, leading to the CIE IGCSE and Cambridge A level examinations. The Cambridge International Advanced Subsidiary Levels (AS Levels) and Cambridge International Advanced Levels (A Levels) are subject-based qualifications usually taken in the final two years of high school.
